During my time as a BU Advertising major, I had the pleasure of learning from the mistakes and successes of some of the coolest creatives from the MadMen generation. Imagine my surprise when they thought I had potential!
The lessons I learned in BU’s program set me up for any kind of success I could imagine, and I haven’t wasted an ounce of it. Here are my favorite projects from my college glory days!
Budweiser
Partner: Shaina Hortsmann (art director)
The Ask: Budweiser wants to appeal to a younger demographic without alienating their loyal customers.
The Idea: Packaging that uses humor and relatable personality tropes to introduce Budweiser—Millennials and Gen Z love this stuff.
Wayfair
Team: Johannah Coichy (art director), Samantha Fischer (art director), Shaina Schnog (co-copywriter)
Insight: Consumers prefer products and services that bring convenience and comfort into their otherwise disrupted lives.
Idea: Wayfair’s Flagship Brands are a one-stop home goods shop for your entire family's needs.
